Governance is the quietest discipline in business until something goes wrong. Then it is suddenly the loudest. Most failures are not dramatic, they are quiet. A charter that has not been reviewed since 2019. A minute book nobody can find when counsel asks for it. A skills matrix that exists in someone's head. By the time most boards realise the gap, the cost of fixing it has already multiplied.

We built Governance 360TM because private companies, not-for-profits, and foreign subsidiaries deserve the same governance rigour as listed corporations, without the enterprise overhead, the legal hourly rate, or the sense that they are being sold something they don't need.

Our work is deliberately practical. We don't write frameworks that sit in binders. We don't replace your counsel, your auditors, or the judgement of your directors. We do the structural, procedural, and compliance work that gives boards confidence that the foundations underneath them are sound, and that when scrutiny comes, the record stands.
