Arvind Kumar is a governance and compliance strategist with over 15 years of experience supporting boards and leadership teams across the corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors. He is widely recognized for his expertise in stock exchange compliance, enterprise risk management, and regulatory governance across complex, highly regulated environments.
He is an Accredited and Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada and the UK, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Arvind also holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and Occupational Health & Safety Compliance from Algoma University.
Arvind has successfully led nonprofit organizations through the Imagine Canada Standards Accreditation, strengthening board performance and sector credibility. He is equally adept at aligning for-profit governance with evolving disclosure and oversight requirements.
